Q: What is"KCG" Properties and who will I be dealing with?

A: KCG Properties is owned by Keith and Carol Gordon (i.e. "KCG"). My wife and I started buying and renting single family homes in Las Vegas in November of 1999. We currently own 12 rental homes and have made a second home for ourselves in Las Vegas as well.

Our associate Keith Gordon lives in Las Vegas and serves as our local agent.

Q: How can I benefit from doing business with you?

A: Buying and selling homes in Las Vegas is not without many challenges. After working with over 50 real estate agents and learning the hard way. I finally put myself through real estate school. We are not real-estate agents! It seems most agents do not understand the needs of the average renter or homebuyer. So I created KCG Properties LLC. Though home purchase can be a bit complex, it doesn't have to come with exorbitant realtors commissions or market hawks taking advantage of you in the process. Our "outside the box" approach can save you headaches, time, and money.
